This is the first bike I have purchased from Doble Motorcycles and I can honestly say it wont be the last. From the first email sent to picking up the bike was the smoothest trade of a bike I have ever done. All I can say is BRILLIANT 10 out of 10 and would recommend anybody to buy from Doble.

Firstly, I have to say I have never felt the need to leave any comments in any other companies guestbook's, ever! But the first class service I have recieved from Paul and the team at Doble motorcycles is indeed worthy of praise. Paul would reply to my many questions via e-mail quickly and at all hours, he really went the extra mile to secure the deal, The icing on the cake was the excellent delivery service. The bike arrived in perfect condition at the agreed time and the handover was about as easy and effortless as is possible (Thanks Tony!)
I cant recommend Doble highly enough, The best customer service (new bike) I have ever had, May you keep your dealer of the year status for many more! Thanks guys.

Paul was brilliant inspiring instant confidence. As it was his day off when I collected my bike I was dealt with by young man Ian. He was first class and very proud to work for your company. Whatever it is you are doing, you must be doing it right to get this kind of loyalty.
Another very satisfied customer and I will help to spread the "word".

No wonder Dobles have won Dealer of the year 2011, because i have been dealing with Paul alot of times now with a smile and first class service.
The Honda 954 Fireblade which i have had now for 4 weeks is fantanstic. I had a bit of noise from the back end turned out it needed a new chain and sprockets, so they booked me in (Weds 05/10/11) and fitted new ones.
NO Charge: what a dealer and the service dept done a fantastic job.

For anyone who read my previous comments, I am pleased to be able to give the positive update in conclusion to the purchase I had hoped I would be able to do.
Although there had been issues I have always been someone who believes good customer service is not 'getting everything right the first time every time' but 'putting it right when it goes wrong', and Mike Doble gets the award for the latter.
Having taken possession of my new 'toy' at about 2pm I have just returned several hundred miles later with the grin I had so wanted...I just hope I still have a licence tomorrow. Thanks Mike for putting right what could have gone so wrong.

I must say that I'm a loyal Dobles customer. I recived my new CBR1000RR in March of this year. I just am a bit gutted as now the amount of kit being given away free off charge for the same price I paid for my bike. I put all the spare cash I had to get my dream bike but feel a wee bit let down with these deals. I have recomended Dobles to ALL my friends and neighbours. If I knew that these deals were going to be offered so soon after I bought the NEW Blade I would have held off.

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul Styles for all the quick responses to our queries and the help in sorting out my new bike, while other companies have not even come back to us. I needed the throttle on the left hand side and Dobles had no problem doing this for me. They are very helpful and i can't wait to take delivery on Saturday and get back on the road. I will definetly be going back.

I cant praise the staff enough at Doble, in recent months i have probably spoken to every member of staff in the showrooms and i can say without doubt they are the nicest bunch of guys you could wish to meet!
they made me feel really welcome and offered free advice on clothing and accessories, i didnt feel like i was just another wallet to empty.
so i bought my first bike, clothing and protection at superb prices with excellent service, i even recieved a follow up call a few days later checking i was happy with my purchase. HAPPY ???? i was over the moon so much so that ive been back and bought another bike and which again they have been excellent with. *sigh* if only all companies were as good as Doble's.... THANKS GUYS!!!

I recently bought a new VFR1200F from Doble after turning up at the store on a Tippetts demo bike whilst looking for a CBF1000GT for my wife. On meeting Peter Leech and swayed by the deal of the week on the VFR I was sold! Peter was most obliging and saw to the small detail such as a EURO GB index plate. His professional manner and some thinking time without being harassed led to my wife ordering a new CBF1000GT. We were disappointed to learn that it was Peter's last day with Doble and he wouldn't be around when she collected it. Having said that we were both impressed by the simple way Rob, the business manager, explained the finance packages which were reams of documents. We also purchased clothing and equipment and were afforded discount on the items by the professional staff who had helped with fitting etc. My wife had a couple of minor issues with her bike of which Mike Doble addressed without quibble. Well done Doble. We find your staff pleasant, professional and your business competitive. We'll be back!

Having visited Dobles many times whilst in the UK, just browsing, I have just purchased a Pan European to replace ny FJR1300. Paul was bery helpful and arranged the bike to be sent to Guernsey ex VAT (as we are Zero rated for VAT, I know its annoying, but we save loads). Excellent service and highly recommended, if time permits I shall return the bike there for servicing, it means a trip from Gsy, but it will be worth it.

Well I'm now the proud owner of a CBR1000RR (10). Dobles have to be the best dealer I have know. The service is second to non. I live in Scotland and this is the second motorbike I have bought from Dobles. Mr Peter Leech has to get a personal mention as if it was not for his patiance and dedication I would not have bought a "NEW" bike. So once again Peter "THANK YOU" your a top bloke and a true gent.
The delivery was good and the driver was great as well. I would like to say thanks to EVERYONE at Dobles your a top team and I can see why your buisness has been going for so long and a success.
