Perhaps now you can see why I avoid calling into see you because every time I do I end up, because you work the figures out to meet my needs, buying another new bike from you.
Today was an awful day weather wise pouring with rain and freezing cold but even after suffering all that by the time I got back home in Eastbourne I still had a smile on my face because after not even having a test ride on it before I brought it I love the bike. All I need now is to save some more money to fit all of the goodies you can buy for it.
Sadly for you I think I will be keeping this longer than the 10 months I kept the last one, if I don't its definitely a divorce for me, but given the competitive prices and customer service you offer I have no fear of you and Dobles out liviing this awful recession. Please also pass my thanks onto Mike and Rob for assisting me in buying my bike.

I would just like to say a BIG thank you to Dobles following the delivery of my new Repsol Fireblade. Ther service & customer care, as always, was first class.  Dealing with Ian during the buying process through to arranging home delivery last Friday everything went smooth and trouble free.
I am delighted with the new bike & thank you for all your help.
I will definitely recommend Dobles to my friends!

Yet again I have been treated so unbelievably well by all at Dobles, three bikes within 12 months, and not a single moan or gripe, plus a fantastic deal too. It's no wonder I have been buying bikes from you since the early 80's. I cannot say how grateful I am !!!

Always regarded Dobles as the best, and have just bought the the new Cross Tourer off them after taking it for a demo, what a salesman that Paul is gave me a very fair deal on my Pan, which i also bought off them some time back.
I  was interested in a certain other make adventure bike, not a million miles from them, but after visiting them, and seeing their not really interested atitude, and acting as if they were doing me a favour, i decided to return to the best bike dealers around keep up the good work

I just saw the # 1 award.  Fantastic!!!!!

I told my wife and she said, "They are still number one with us."

We still have the 2000 red CB750 F2 that we bought new from you and Garry Edgehill.

We rode it back to our home in France.

She is still our magic carpet.

Many thanks to Ian G and the team at Doble in Couldson.  Purchased my first 'proper' bike over a week ago and have been made to feel like one of the family.  Lots of help with my purchase, guidance on appropriate insurance, zero pressure and a very thoughtful follow up to mail to see how I'm doing a week in to riding.  I might be buying a Honda later in the year and know exactly where to go!

I visited your Dealership yesterday and was very impressed. Its a long way from when Mike, Chris and Myself opened up the Dealership in the wine shop many years ago not thinking how far it would expand. regards Peter

This is the first bike I have purchased from Doble Motorcycles and I can honestly say it wont be the last. From the first email sent to picking up the bike was the smoothest trade of a bike I have ever done. All I can say is BRILLIANT 10 out of 10 and would recommend anybody to buy from Doble.

Firstly, I have to say I have never felt the need to leave any comments in any other companies guestbook's, ever! But the first class service I have recieved from Paul and the team at Doble motorcycles is indeed worthy of praise. Paul would reply to my many questions via e-mail quickly and at all hours, he really went the extra mile to secure the deal, The icing on the cake was the excellent delivery service. The bike arrived in perfect condition at the agreed time and the handover was about as easy and effortless as is possible (Thanks Tony!)
I cant recommend Doble highly enough, The best customer service (new bike) I have ever had, May you keep your dealer of the year status for many more! Thanks guys.

Paul was brilliant inspiring instant confidence. As it was his day off when I collected my bike I was dealt with by young man Ian. He was first class and very proud to work for your company. Whatever it is you are doing, you must be doing it right to get this kind of loyalty.
Another very satisfied customer and I will help to spread the "word".

No wonder Dobles have won Dealer of the year 2011, because i have been dealing with Paul alot of times now with a smile and first class service.
The Honda 954 Fireblade which i have had now for 4 weeks is fantanstic. I had a bit of noise from the back end turned out it needed a new chain and sprockets, so they booked me in (Weds 05/10/11) and fitted new ones.
NO Charge: what a dealer and the service dept done a fantastic job.

For anyone who read my previous comments, I am pleased to be able to give the positive update in conclusion to the purchase I had hoped I would be able to do.
Although there had been issues I have always been someone who believes good customer service is not 'getting everything right the first time every time' but 'putting it right when it goes wrong', and Mike Doble gets the award for the latter.
Having taken possession of my new 'toy' at about 2pm I have just returned several hundred miles later with the grin I had so wanted...I just hope I still have a licence tomorrow. Thanks Mike for putting right what could have gone so wrong.
